When you sign up for a A.R.I.A trial, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, preferred chat platform, and team size. This information is used solely to set up and deliver your AI agent service.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your business data (documents, spreadsheets, CRM data) is used exclusively to power your A.R.I.A agent — answering your team's questions and automating your workflows. We do not use your data to train shared AI models, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your A.R.I.A agent runs on dedicated infrastructure controlled by AgenStack. Chat data and business documents are stored on our own servers — not on shared bot platforms. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. If your trial expires without conversion, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
