Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using A.R.I.A ("the Service"), provided by AgenStack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your agent pauses — it stops replying but no data is deleted. You must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will notify you before the trial ends.
3. Subscription & Payment
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service. AgenStack reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AgenStack is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party platform changes (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenStack's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
